Thank you. This is one of the biggest red flags I have encountered amongst this movement in the church. This is not a translation, people should not be using this to study the Word of God, Jesus Christ or to grow in relationship to Him. God save us from this scandal.

It's surreal that he reports Luke as having met with Jesus. This TPT makes The Message Bible look very accurate by comparison. Scary.

Absolutely avoid as I also discussed in my new book, Departure from the Faith, that came out this past Spring. This translation takes the same liberties with the text that the New World Translation (published by the Watchtower Society of Jehovah's Witnesses cult) takes and it should be avoided for the very same reasons. In my book, I also did research into the publisher as well as into the resumes of the "scholars" that the publisher claims endorse the translation. None of these individuals are true Bible scholars of any integrity with most being NAR-affiliated in some way or another. Not at all surprising, however, given that NAR-affiliated people are always quick to prop one another up and endorse one another. I suppose that's because they receive so much backlash for their heresy from outside their circle.
